Founded in 2004 by Mohit Kapoor and Apurva Agarwal, we are a first-generation, full-service law firm. As commercial lawyers, having serviced a cross-section of clients both Indian and global, we sensed that companies of this age required their legal service providers to have a more business-driven approach. Universal Legal came into existence on this premise.
