Preksha has completed her LL.B from Mumbai University in 2022. She is a corporate lawyer and has assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate compliance and intellectual property.

Preksha’s core area of practice is Commercial Laws, and she has also advised and assisted clients with Real Estate Laws, Succession Laws, and Corporate Laws.
